About
A Sydney company with a long memory.
Bailey Sierra Pty Ltd has operated since 2010, originally as The Harmany Group. It is led by Glen Harman, who has spent more than 20 years leading technology in real businesses and the years before that in hands-on IT.
What the company does
Bailey Sierra is the company behind a small group of service brands. Glen Harman & Associates, which offers business systems advice and technology leadership, is a business name of Bailey Sierra Pty Ltd. HypeID, which offers websites, domains, email and digital identity, is operated by Secret Lair Labs (Evil) Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Bailey Sierra. Secret Lair Labs is also the group’s workshop for building and testing digital tools and services.
The brands share one person’s experience and one set of ways of working. They are not separate consulting teams.
How we work
Diagnose first
We understand how the business works before we recommend anything, and we say so when the answer is “leave it alone”.
Plain language
No jargon fog. If we use an acronym, we’ll explain it, or apologise.
Hands-on where it helps
We can help make the recommended changes, agreed and scoped with you first, or leave you with a clear plan to use however you like.
